A sales engineer reads your sketch, reference photo or tech pack and checks it against what our lines can build at your target price. We flag anything that will not work before you spend time on it.

If you have a full tech pack we digitise it; if you have a sketch we build the tech pack for you at no charge: flats, dimensions, bill of materials, construction notes, logo placement and packing spec. ODM projects get photoreal renderings in your colours.

Output: Tech pack v1 - the document every later stage is checked against

We pull fabric from stock or dye to your Pantone, source hardware in a matched finish and cut swatches. Every fabric article is tested for weight, coating and colour fastness before it is approved for your sample.

Output: Approved swatch + hardware card, sealed for bulk

The pattern maker cuts the digitised pattern on our CNC plotter and a sample sewer builds the bag on production machines with production materials - so the sample is what bulk will be, not a hand-made showpiece.

Output: Sample v1 in your hands ~10 days after brief

Most projects approve on the first or second sample. We seal the approved sample on the QC floor as the bulk inspection standard and issue the pro-forma invoice with lead time written in.

Output: Signed PI; 20-day production clock starts

Line leader, cutting supervisor, QC lead and your sales engineer walk the sealed sample operation by operation: sequence, jigs, stitch density, bartack positions, tolerance on every dimension. Problems are solved here, on one bag, not on a thousand.

Output: Operation sheet and pilot-run plan

Panels are CNC-cut from the same file as the sample. Logos go on flat panels before sewing - screen print, heat transfer, embroidery, sublimation - so placement is exact and prints never distort over a seam.

Output: Cut and branded panel bundles released to sewing

One style per line. Sub-assemblies - padded back panel, straps, organiser panel, laptop sleeve - are sewn first and checked, then the body comes together. In-line QC pulls every 200th bag against the sealed sample.

Output: Finished bags flowing to QC at the agreed daily rate

Every bag is opened, every zipper run, every logo and dimension checked against the sealed sample. Then an AQL 2.5 audit on a random sample produces the photo report you receive before paying the balance.

Output: Inspection report and release for packing

Hang tags, barcodes, polybags with warning text, inner boxes or gift boxes, carton marks and pallet plan - all to your retail or FBA spec so goods go straight to shelf or fulfilment centre without repacking.

Containers are loaded on-site and photographed. Commercial invoice, packing list, B/L, certificate of origin and any test reports are sent within 48 hours so customs clearance in your country is ready before the ship arrives.

Pattern, lab dip, strike-off and sealed sample stay on file. Re-orders skip sampling and ship in 20 days. Any confirmed defect within 14 days of receipt is repaired, replaced or credited.
