Walk the floor
Eight departments in production order
1. Fabric warehouse
Polyester 600D/900D/1680D, nylon, Cordura-type fabrics, mesh and lining are stored on racks by article number. Each roll is lab-tested for GSM, colour fastness and coating before release.
2. Pattern room & sampling
Pattern makers digitise your tech pack in CAD, plot it on the CNC and sew the first sample on production machines. Samples ship in 3-5 days.
3. Cutting
Automatic spreaders lay 30-60 plies; vacuum CNC cutters cut panels from your CAD file; die presses cut straps and tabs. Bundles are ticketed per lot.
4. Printing & embroidery
Four screen-print lines, eight heat-transfer presses and six 12-head embroidery machines apply logos before sewing, so print placement is exact.
5. Sewing
100 lines run one style each. Bartack, double-needle and binding operations are placed in sequence to keep work-in-progress low.
6. Finishing
Zipper pulls, buckles, rivets and hangtags fitted; threads trimmed; bags stuffed and shaped.
7. Quality control
In-line QC every 200 pcs, then 100% final inspection against the approved sample and AQL 2.5 sampling for the pre-shipment report.
8. Packing, stock & loading
Polybag, carton, shipping marks and pallet plan to your spec. Stock styles wait racked in the 3,000 m2 finished-goods warehouse; containers are loaded on-site and photographed.

From Design to Sample
The new sample room: in-house designers draw the backpack and technical drawings, then sew the physical sample on the machines beside them to check structure, materials and workmanship.

Custom Bag Manufacturing Process: From Tech Pack to Container
Step 1: Inquiry & Quote
Share quantity, target price and reference. Quote within 24 hours.
Step 2: Pattern & Sample
Free sample in 3-5 days, revised until you approve.
Step 3: Material Preparation
Fabric rolls, lining, webbing and hardware checked against the approved sample, then staged at the spreader.
Step 4: Cutting
Die and CNC cutting for consistent panels across the order.
Step 5: Sewing & Assembly
100 lines run in parallel to hit the 20-day lead time.
Step 6: Quality Inspection
In-line checks plus 100% final inspection in the QC area.
Step 7: Packing & Labelling
Poly bag, barcode, hang tag and carton marks to your spec.
Step 8: Loading & Shipping
Cartons counted and staged in our warehouse, loaded by our own forklift team; loading photos and export documents supplied.
