Terms of Service
Last updated: September 2026. These terms apply to the use of this website and, unless superseded by a signed contract or pro-forma invoice, to orders placed with Senszx.
Website use
Content on senszxfactory.com - text, photographs, videos and product designs - is owned by Baoding Senszx Bags Co., Ltd. or used with permission. You may not reproduce it without written consent. Product images are illustrative; final products follow the approved sample.
Quotations and orders
Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. An order is confirmed when the pro-forma invoice is signed and the deposit is received. Production lead time (normally 20 days) starts on receipt of the deposit and approval of the sample.
Custom products made to your specification cannot be cancelled once fabric has been cut. Changes after sample approval may affect price and lead time.
Quality and claims
Goods are inspected to AQL 2.5 before shipment. Claims for defects must be raised within 14 days of receipt with photographs. Where a defect is confirmed we will repair, replace or credit the affected units at our option. Our liability is limited to the invoice value of the affected goods.
Intellectual property and law
You confirm you own or are licensed to use any logo, artwork or design you supply. You indemnify Senszx against third-party claims arising from that artwork. These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China; disputes are settled by CIETAC arbitration in Beijing unless otherwise agreed.
