What to watch for
How to judge a bag factory from its videos
Look at the stations
One operation per station and low piles of work-in-progress mean a balanced line - and consistent stitching from the first bag to the last.
Look at the components
Padded mesh panels and inner panels finished before assembly show the factory controls quality at part level, not only at the end.
Look at the packing
Hang tags, polybags and printed cartons on camera mean the factory is used to retail-ready export orders.
